With over 12 years of experience in the Pilates and yoga industry, Cassie saw a clear gap in the market: the need for a dedicated Pilates equipment service and maintenance company run by instructors for instructors and studio owners.

Prior to founding Pilates Fix, equipment maintenance was often carried out by general gym technicians, with few providers available in the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane areas.

Cassie combines her keen instructor’s eye for detail with 14 years of administrative experience, making her the ideal person to launch and lead Pilates Fix, offering both expert service and seamless operations.

Gary

Gary brings a natural ability and passion for fixing things to the Pilates Fix team.

With strong expertise in tools, moving parts, and mechanical systems, he approaches equipment issues with precision and a problem-solving mindset.

Gary excels at diagnosing faults, devising effective solutions, and communicating clearly with both staff and clients.

His in-depth knowledge of materials—from stainless steel to alloy and aluminium—ensures each piece of equipment is treated and maintained for maximum longevity and performance.
