Our Services
Our specialised equipment allows us to clean and service general Pilates equipment safely and efficiently, without relying on reformer boxes, yoga blocks, or similar tools. Pilates Fix supplies all its own tools, lubrication, and cleaning solutions required for every service. We can also supply spare parts at an additional cost.
Call Out Service or Maintenance
For a prompt response to equipment issues that may disrupt your business, our call-out service ensures minimal downtime and keeps your studio running smoothly.

Hourly Rate: $120 (minimum 1 hour)

Monthly Equipment Service and Maintenance
Our monthly service is designed to keep your Pilates equipment, which experiences a high volume of classes, operating at maximum efficiency and safety.
What’s Included:

Reformer wheel change or rotation.

Clean of all equipment.

Spring rotation/replacements.

Rope and strap inspection
Ensure your equipment stays in peak condition for both your clients and your business.
Quarterly Equipment Service and Maintenance
Does your studio have a robust regular service and maintenance routine? Or does your studio experience low to moderate number of weekly classes? Our quarterly maintenance services support and add to your current equipment care.
Feel confident that all your studio equipment is in optimal condition for continued service.
Half-Yearly Service and Maintenance
Our half-yearly service is designed to provide professional Pilates studios with the minimum recommended professional cleaning, servicing, and maintenance.

Reupholstery and Foam replacement
Pilates Fix offers high-quality vinyl and foam replacement for all types of Pilates equipment. Whether you're refreshing worn padding or restoring older pieces, we tailor each quote to your specific needs.
To help minimise downtime, we can provide temporary equipment components in some cases. For example, we have temporary headrests compatible with most reformers, which can be installed while your original pieces are being reupholstered.
PRICES
Booking Fee: paid upfront to secure the booking. Non-refundable, but transferable to another date.
Sunshine Coast - $60
Brisbane - $90
Service/Maintenance Fee: any labour costs involved with attending a studio, whether this is for a service, upholstery replacement or parts replacement.
2 hour minimum (otherwise the Call Out Fee is applicable) - $100 per hour
All prices are exclusive of GST. Parts will be at additional cost.
